Bonny | Bold Casting Agency represents talent from Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom. Many of our talents are also available for productions across Europe and beyond, giving you access to an international pool of talent from a single casting partner.

Our main focus is commercial productions – from advertising campaigns and photoshoots to e-commerce, social media content and lifestyle and brand campaigns. We also work across television, film and other audiovisual productions, and we’re always happy to discuss your casting needs and find the right talent for your project.

We offer a number of supplementary services to support our talents and clients to the maximum extent possible: 

• street scouting: we actively seek out people with a striking or unique presence, regardless of whether they have any experience;
• self-tapes: we provide support for our talents to record professional self-tapes for castings;
• studio casting: casting calls can be organised and held at our studio in Brussels.
• live online casting: online casting via video call, if this fits in better for the production;
• talent promotion: in our newsletters, we regularly feature new talents and exciting opportunities.

Yes. In addition to casting models and actors, we can also help you find professional photographers, cinematographers, makeup artists, hair stylists and stylists. Thanks to our extensive network, we can connect you with the right professionals to ensure that your campaign or production is smooth and professional.

We understand that the privacy, image rights and other rights of our talents matter.

We do not allow recognisable images or voices of our talent to be edited, manipulated or used with AI – for example, for AI filters, facial modifications, voice cloning or deepfakes – without their explicit prior consent.

Our talents’ images, voices and other personal characteristics may only be used as agreed in advance and with their consent.

Children taking part in a production are protected by the applicable child labour regulations. There are legal restrictions on things such as the number of shooting days, working hours, rest periods and (depending on age) the permissions that must be obtained.

An application for a child to take part in a production must be submitted well in advance and can only be made through the production company. 

If a photoshoot or filming session takes place abroad, that country’s laws take priority. However, additional rules from the child’s home country may also apply, for example rules on educational requirements. We generally work with fixed rates in line with market standards, although there may be differences depending on the production and the terms of the contract. Fair pay is important to us, and we always aim to ensure that talent is compensated appropriately for both their work and the use of their image or voice.

Payment generally consists of a fee for the work itself, based on a half or full day shoot, plus a buy-out where applicable. A buy-out covers the agreed rights to use your image and/or voice.

The budget depends on factors such as the type of production, the duration of the usage, the media involved (television, online, social media, print, etc.) and the geographical scope of the campaign. For voiceover work, we also take into account the use of your voice and the usage rights agreed for the project.

All communications, agreements, bookings and follow-up bookings are made through Bonny | Bold Casting Agency. This allows us to maintain a transparent, professional cooperation, and ensure we can keep track of availability, contracts, payments, invoicing and usage rights, and avoid any misunderstandings between the parties involved.

The production company or producer is responsible for determining which insurance coverage is required for the production and ensuring that all necessary cover is in place, including mandatory insurance for the people working on the set.
